Pet health and food safety are the number one focus for pet lovers and number one for us too.
Food Safety starts behind the farm gate and the Pasture Petfoods red meat supply chain is unique with product sourced from our own shareholder meat export companies who in-turn procure livestock under their robust FAPs (Farm Assurance Programmes). These FAPs are centred on human food chain standards and incorporate International best practices. The farming standards are focused on animal health and welfare and include strict bio-security controls ensuring a very low risk of any infectious disease. Furthermore, they incorporate sustainable land and environmental practices safeguarding our natural resources.
All Pasture Petfood red meat products are sourced from livestock that is Pasture Fed, FREE-RANGE and without any hormonal growth promotants or ruminant supplementary feeds.
