All Pasture Petfood red meat products are procured from New Zealand Government approved export slaughter sites and subject to the same rigorous food safety selection criteria and protocols.
All products contain high-quality protein sources and nutritional values and come as certified Pasture Fed and Free Range. Additionally sourced from our shareholders Farm Assured livestock we can on request provide product that is certified, antibiotic free, GAP step 4 (Animal Welfare), and Non-GMO Project (GMO FREE) compliant.
Animal Welfare Certification
An internationally recognised standard developed by a collaboration of global animal advocates, farmers, scientists, ranchers, meat companies, processors and retailers, all who are continually improving their animal-welfare practices.

Non-GMO Project
Some Pasture Petfood Lamb Products can be supplied with ‘Non-GMO Project’ verification for sale in both the USA and Canada. These 3rd party Non-GMO Project Verified seals provide customers and consumers the confidence the lamb was “Raised & Fed a Diet in Compliance with the Non-GMO Project Standard for Avoidance of Genetically Engineered Ingredients”.
Antibiotic Free
Some Pasture Petfood products can be supplied from Farm Assured livestock that has been AsureQuality on-farm audited and verified as having never been treated with any antibiotics.
Product Analysis
Animals are of course a natural product and like humans all have a different analytical make up and although some minimum and maximum indicated values are detailed below, customisation is possible and every pallet of Pasture Petfoods product is uniquely analysed with results provided with each shipment.
