Processing is managed under a comprehensive HACCP plan and, throughout different stages of production, material is passed through a stringent metal detection process. Using the latest technology and computer processing controls, the resultant product is subject to Government Ministry Inspection and analysed in real time through a FOSS system, prior to rapid blast freezing and packing.
